"Availability Can Be Hit or Miss"
I’ve noticed that a lot of items are sold out often, so availability can be a bit mixed. If you’re shopping here, I’d suggest checking back regularly or grabbing what you need when you see it, because it may not be there later.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I ordered from Sideshow and ended up needing to cancel, so I reached out for a refund. They did get back to me and the refund came through eventually, but it took more days than I was expecting, if that makes sense.
The support team was fine overall, not rude or anything like that, just a little slow with updates. I had to follow up myself, which got a bit frustrating. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think the process could be smoother.

"Preorders can be a bit of a waiting game"
I like sideshow overall, and the figures I’ve gotten have usually been packed really well. But based on my preorder experience, it kind of feels like this is just how these things go with them sometimes, the dates shift around, and you end up waiting without much of an update. I totally understand that delays happen, especially with collectibles, but a little more communication would make it way less frustrating. It’s not a bad site at all, I just wish they were clearer about preorder timelines.

"Payment plans help, but some limits feel unnecessary"
I do like that Sideshow lets you split up payments because it definitely makes bigger orders easier to manage. That said, changing payment dates or tweaking things can feel more limited than it needs to be. It’s not a dealbreaker, but some of the restrictions feel unnecessary when life happens and you just need a little flexibility.
"Fair prices, no weird checkout surprise thing"
I’ve bought from sideshow a couple of times now, and the prices seemed fair to me. Some collectibles are just expensive no matter where you go, but it didn’t feel like they were adding extra just because something was popular or whatever. The payment plan option helps a lot too, kind of makes it easier to deal with without feeling like you got ripped off. Also the shipping cost showed up before checkout, which I appreciated because I hate when it pops up at the very end like a little bad surprise. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

I was a little unsure at first, but after trying it, I’m relieved. It’s authentic, arrived without any issues, and everything checked out. I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again

"Really happy with the figure quality"
I ordered a collectible from Sideshow it turned out even nicer than I expected. The paint looks super clean, the details are really sharp, and it actually feels solid when you pick it up, not cheap or flimsy at all.
The box showed up in good shape too, which is always the thing I get a little nervous about. It’s definitely not a tiny purchase, but for the quality, I feel like it was worth it. I’d totally buy from them again...

"Return went smoother than I expected"
I had to return an item and, not gonna lie, I was already expecting the usual runaround from customer service because that’s how it normally goes. But this time was actually painless. Support got back to me quickly, the instructions were clear, and my refund showed up without me having to chase anyone down. I’m still a little skeptical when it comes to customer service in general, but this was a surprisingly smooth experience.

"Pretty good sculpt, not exactly museum-worthy"
The face sculpt is close overall, so credit where it’s due. But a few details are just slightly off, which is always fun when you can’t unsee them. It’s decent, just not perfect

They answered fast. I was expecting to wait around, but support got back to me quickly, so whoever runs this seems to be doing something right for once.

"Box showed up really beat up"
The figure itself was fine, but the shipping box looked awful when it arrived. It was dented and beat up enough that I was surprised nothing inside was damaged. When I brought it up, it kind of felt like it was brushed off, which was frustrating

The figures are cool and they look good in person, or at least they did when I finally sat down with them, I kind of lost track of when I ordered versus when everything actually showed up. But the price felt high for what I got, and once shipping and taxes were added, it was even harder to justify. I really wanted to be excited about the order, but the value just didn’t feel worth it to me...

I ordered a figure and the whole checkout process was really easy. The pages loaded fast, everything moved along smoothly, and I didn’t run into any freezing or weird delays.
I appreciated that the shipping and tax showed up before I paid, so there weren’t any surprises at the end. The payment options were easy to find too, and my account info filled in right away, which made the process feel even quicker.
The only small thing is that I double checked the address page because it looked a little busy at first. But overall, it was simple, stress-free, and I got the confirmation email quickly.

"Rewards actually come in handy"
I was surprised how much the points helped. I ended up saving some money, which was nice. If I’m using the service regularly, I do kind of expect the rewards or some kind of credit to make it worth it, and this actually felt useful

I ordered from Sideshow to Europe and I was a little worried I might get caught out somehow with shipping, customs, or extra surprises. I’ve been fooled by vague international orders before, so I kept checking the tracking closely. Thankfully everything went fine. The tracking updated often enough, and the figure showed up really well packed with no damage at all. It did take a bit of time, but that’s normal for an international delivery. In the end I’m happy with the experience and I’d order from them again

"Waitlist worked and felt low-risk"
I joined the waitlist not really expecting anything, but I got an email later and was able to place my order without any hassle. I’m usually a little cautious with stuff like this because I don’t want to get stuck in some weird process or feel pressured to buy, but it was straightforward and easy. No issues on my end.
